We explore the magic of honoring natural rhythms, protecting our energy in a hyper-connected world, and the sacred power of ceremony to ignite intentional change. This journey is an invitation to reclaim your focus, embrace personal growth, and align with your most truest self—featuring the debut of Leandra’s visionary True Self Temple and the life-changing lessons that brought us here.

Hey, it's Marisa Ynez! Welcome! I'm delighted to have one of my best friends and transformational coach, Leandra Rose, join us. From setting boundaries in friendships to taking on a 30-day "Scroll Hole Challenge," We talk about the psychological and emotional toll that negative news and social media scrolling can have on us & the currency of attention. Sharing practices to make room for meaningful activities, and give some insight into the fascinating science of Earth's core and magnetic fields, as well as how to harness our body's own magnetic capabilities through heart-brain coherence. Leandra doesn't shy away, offering insights into embracing the unknown and letting go to create room for life's miracles. She uses compelling metaphors like “closed hands vs. open hands” & the symbolic aspect of asking yourself "will this make the boat go faster?" to navigate through life’s challenges.
Finally, we touch upon what's wrong with a 'me-centric' manifestation porn industry, urging for a concept of right relationship that also factors in collective well-being. This episode is a must-listen if you're done hesitating to fully commit to your vision & ready to level up your decision-making and manifestation game!
When you're done, come back here & check out this great episode with Gregg Braden that Leandra & refer to during our time together.

Whether you're reevaluating your current friendships or looking to deepen new connections, this episode offers a candid, meaningful guide to friendships among women that not just survive, but thrive. I hope you find this episode enlightening and that it brings value to your journey in fostering stronger, more meaningful female friendships.
Welcome back to Messages From Yoni. I'm Marisa Ynez, and in this episode, I'm opening my heart about my son's 18th birthday and departure for college. The journey to the "Empty Nest" stage was filled with unexpected emotions and a year-long process of letting go. I discovered the importance of vulnerable communication and taking responsibility, not just with my son but with myself. It wasn't easy, but it led to profound healing of "mom guilt" and readiness for new beginnings. Join me as I share the wisdom and insights I've gained from this life-changing transition. Today, I share a story—Shortly after an uncomfortable incident where the father of the family I nannied for crossed boundaries, I intuited an interesting meditative yoni practice. I am now grateful this boundary crossing happened becasue this incident led to my finally telling my mom what happened & I received the sacred yoni practice.
By placing my hand over my yoni and humming, I created a powerful vibration that flowed through my body, leading to a somatic release of tears and emotion I had buried deep within me. Unbeknownst to me, this practice (instructions located at 13:17, practice at 18:15) aligned with ancient wisdom found in Tantra. It may sound strange or silly, but trust me, it's incredibly powerful. I'll briefly guide you through the practice & my prayer for you is you take it on for a committed amount of time and notice how you feel in the coming days, weeks, months. As I've continued this practice throughout the years, I've witnessed its profound impact on my healing journey. It has connected me more deeply to my intuition & helped me reclaim my power and body. So, whether you find a peaceful spot in nature, pull over your car in a safe place, or create a sacred space at home, let's begin this journey together.
Take a deep breath, follow my guidance, and allow the healing vibrations to flow through you. Remember, there's no right or wrong way to do this. It's about honoring your intuition, your edges, and listening to your body's wisdom. With each breath and gentle vibration, you're making space for profound shifts and deep healing.
Thank you for joining me today. I send you all my love and gratitude. Until next Friday, take care and continue on this beautiful journey of healing and self-discovery.
PS. As a Bonus, I added Episode 6, the practice only as a separate track with counting included for the inhales & exhales.
Please give a follow & leave a comment. I would love to know your thoughts & how this practice was for you. With Peace & Love, Marisa Ynez
In the final episode of this 4 part series, my mom & I continue our heartfelt conversation, emphasizing the importance of knowledge in preventing abuse, positive role models, & the significance of speaking one's truth out loud. We dive into the psychological impact of sexual assault, including the disassociation from one's own body, the challenges of redefining pleasure & arousal, sending mixed signals & fostering an environment that respects children's privacy & allows for their natural exploration of their body.
Intergenerational healing takes center stage as I reflect on my career in the sacred sexuality space, using my own experiences to empower others. The episode concludes with gratitude & the acknowledgment of how adversity can be transformed into a catalyst for growth & positive change. My intention is to leave you all with a pathway of power to embrace vulnerability & engage in open dialogues around sensitive topics. Thank you for your time & listening. With Love Always – MarisaYnez
